Kim: Thank you for your kind words! This challenge was a challenge on all fronts. Physical for sure - while I work out almost every day, I don't have a daily yoga practice or a daily pilates practice. I was a little sore, a little tired some days. Emotional - absolutely - and something I wasn't prepared for - especially feeling vulnerable and maybe a little bit fragile. Mental - anything like this requires a mental commitment. I think the balance was when I finally accepted the emotional part and moved away from the mental! I hope that I have made a difference…our dollars will prevent some deaths. That's huge! Plus, I like that we have created a dialogue all over our community!

Thanks for your support!

Congratulations on such an incredible achievemnent! Was it a physical challenge? Emotional challenge? Mental challenge? Perhaps all of the above at times. What stands out to me though is the heart of WHY you did this challenge. Moving beyond the ego you made the decision to support a cause to help women in dire need...you took a stand and this is so commendable. I hope your sunrise practice this morning was simply beautiful, perhaps filled with tears of grace and gratitude. You have made a difference in the world!!

With love and admiration,
